Albany Residents Directory is a privately run reference to public record routes, indexes, and historical directory collections for Albany, Oregon. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use this service or information found through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act.
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale.
- Interfere with site security or ordinary operation.
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
Albany Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing published here or returned by a linked tool is a consumer report, and none may be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
4. Linked Resources
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search providers, have separate terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or data practices.

These terms are governed by Oregon law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state public-records framework referenced by this service is Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311–192.478, including the request procedure in ORS 192.324.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
